What we collect when you reach out, and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to do your job, and we never sell it.
Effective October 12, 2026. Vero Window Cleaning LLC (“Vero,” “we”) is a local exterior cleaning company in Phoenix, Arizona. This page explains what we collect when you contact us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email, service address and the details of the job, from our website form, a call, a text or in person.
- Calls and text messages with our business line, including voicemails.
- Which ad or printed piece brought you to the site (for example a door hanger link), so we know what's working.
This website doesn't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your request, quote the work, schedule it, do it and bill for it.
- To text you about your request when you've asked us to (see Text messages below).
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
We use a few business tools that store or process this information for us, only to provide their service to us:
- Jobber, for quotes, scheduling and invoices.
- Twilio, for our business phone line and text messages.
- Supabase, for the database that holds our customer requests.
- Web3Forms, which delivers website form messages to our email.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Text messages
If you check the “text me” box on our form, or call or text our business line, we may text you about your request: replies, quotes, scheduling and appointment updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS terms.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, or text message opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our tax and business records. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we'll do it unless the law requires us to keep it.
