Glass, in and out,
done by hand.
Hand-detailed edges, frames wiped, tracks vacuumed if you want them. Water-fed pole upstairs so no ladder ever leans on your stucco. Price it yourself below.
Every pane, every edge, every time.
Phoenix is hard on glass. Dust blows in off the desert, sprinkler heads mist the bottom third of every window on the west side of the house, and eight months of sun bakes all of it on. Most houses here want glass done twice a year just to stay ahead of it.
We clean by hand — scrubber, squeegee, corners detailed with a towel — and switch to a water-fed pole with purified water for anything above the first floor. Purified water dries without spots, which is the entire point: no drips down the stucco, no mineral haze when the morning sun hits it.
- Exterior glass, hand-detailed all the way to the edge
- Interior glass when you book both sides — shoes covered, furniture moved back
- Frames and sills wiped down on every window we touch
- Sills and tracks vacuumed before anything wet goes near them
- Screens pulled, washed, dried and re-hung in the opening they came out of
- Second story reached by pole from the ground, not a ladder against your house
- A text before we arrive and photos when we're done
Booking the driveway or patio at the same time? Say so and it goes on one visit. Pressure washing splashes the glass anyway, so the sensible order is wash first, windows after — and one trip costs less than two.

Two windows on the same commercial building, shot before we started and again when we finished.
Houses get the same treatment — hand-detailed edges, frames wiped, and photos when we are done.
Before
After
Storefront glass. Dried spatter and hard-water spotting off the pane, frames and sills wiped, no film left to catch the afternoon sun.
Before
After
Same building, west elevation. Run marks down the glass from the parapet above — the kind of thing a hose spreads around and a squeegee actually removes.
